  I recommend Joan without reservation as a professional and caring agent. She listed my property in the way that I wanted to sell it when others tried to talk me around to the safe (for them) auction option. She talked me down when I had my little panic attacks. And when everything started to get tough, Joan stepped in and clinched the deal. She is amazing.

  Poor communicators. Could not even be bothered to confirm receipt of our rental application, let alone send a "you've been unsuccessful" email. Nor could they be bothered to answer our email questions about the property. Pfft.
